Preparation and Bonding

Our workshop is equipped with two hot bonding ovens, the largest with an internal envelope of up to 1.8 x 2 x 1m.

These enable us to process large brake bands and brake shoes like those used in Marine Deck and Tug winches and Drag Line Excavators.

We also have an in-house sand blasting booth for surface preparation prior to bonding.
